The tagless tag is printed on the fabric inside the collar, ensuring a comfortable, unnoticeable feel. This shirt features a unisex, modern fit - slightly tapered to be a bit less boxy than the old-style mass-market t-shirt. While pre-shrunk, like any high-cotton product, it may still shrink slightly in the wash. Our model photos showcase the actual shirt on our 6'2", 200 lb salesperson, Rich, wearing a large.
Crafted from a ringspun, 30/1 fine jersey knit on 100% USA-grown cotton, these mid-weight shirts are soft, smooth, and durable. The tight, high thread-count knit, made from fuzzy plants grown by American farmers, provides a nice balance between comfort and substance, without being see-through.
We use top-quality QCM screen printing inks, manufactured in Pineville, North Carolina. These vibrant, crack-resistant inks are highly durable, with some designs intentionally faded or cracked (as shown in the product photos). Our printers utilize state-of-the-art equipment, including printing presses and curing ovens made by M&R in Illinois.
Regarding safety, QCM has been an industry leader, going phthalate-free over a decade ago, long before the curve. Their inks are also CFC-free and rated as carcinogen-free by the state of California.
The fabric composition is 90% ringspun cotton and 10% polyester. For care, these garments are machine washable. The origin is a mix of products made in the USA and imported items.
